MS Teams meeting internet issue on corporate device

My new corporate device is having trouble with MS Teams meetings where the camera lags like the internet signal is bad. We've confirmed that it's not an internet speed issue, as Teams meetings work fine on the device via the O365 portal, as well as from other corporate and personal devices using the same internet network. It would seem that perhaps this particular corporation's network and MS Teams app instance requires unique router settings/ports vs. the other devices. Has anyone encountered this and have any guidance? The corporate IT team has not been able to solve or advise further.

    Hi @Emily S

First, your device hardware needs to meet the minimum requirements listed in this document to use Teams properly.

Please refer to Microsoft 365 URLs and IP address ranges to meet Teams' network needs.

Please use New Teams and update Teams to the latest version.

According to our research, a code issue introduced by a recent Teams feature update may cause media crashes in Microsoft Teams meetings. The product team is currently working hard to fix the issue. We will notify you as soon as there are any updates.
