Microsoft Teams, how can I translate spoken Turkish language to English with live subtitles?

Hello. I use Microsoft Teams. In a meeting I started on Teams, for example, when I select the live subtitle language Turkish, it automatically translates the spoken Turkish language into Turkish subtitles. However, I want the subtitles to appear in English. It does not allow me to select this, why? When I select Turkish, only Turkish appears as an option in the subtitle language, or when I select English as the spoken language, only English appears in the subtitle language options. How can I solve this. How can I change the spoken language (e.g. Turkish) to subtitles in another language (e.g. English subtitles)?

I have seen many videos on the internet, but since the videos are old, I could not find a solution.

Caption language is the same as the spoken language :( Caption language cannot be changed

By default, live captions are displayed in the language that’s spoken during the meeting or event. Live translated captions allow users to see captions translated into the language they’re most comfortable with.

Live translated captions in meetings are only available as part of Teams Premium, an add-on license that provides additional features to make Teams meetings more personalized, intelligent, and secure. To get access to Teams Premium, contact your IT admin.
